For the past
40 years,
NG&G
has
built a vast
network of professional service personnel and suppliers - over 21,000 -
providing service in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and
Canada. Recently it has begun preliminary discussions with local specific
providers and development of market strategies to enter international
markets outside of Canada. NG&G currently services over five hundred
customers fulfilling approximately 130,000 facility service and repair
requests annually. These work requests are delivered locally but managed
nationally and involve both emergency, routine maintenance and project and
program requests.

providing technological, systems and administrative solutions and acting as
a resource for product, process and regulatory issues. Its capabilities
include trade expertise in a full line of products and services including
security gates, locks, locking systems and door products, glass and glass
related products such as window film, electrical lamping, fixtures and
lighting, HVAC and refrigeration, back up generators, various water and
waste systems,
painting, carpentry and
plumbing. National’s Carpentry, Painting and Handyman Division offers expert
capability to implement new construction, remodeling or repair needs. NG&G’s
service deliverable is coupled with a cooperative hardware and parts
procurement program accessing products through both manufacturers and
regional and local distributors.
During its
history, NG&G, Inc. has successfully provided cost-effective support coupled
with unsurpassed response and delivery profiles. It provides administrative
support to a number of its existing customers for such items as bundled and
EDI billing, budgetary management, management information and exception
reporting and tracking, divisional reporting and accounting and
administrative support. NG&G currently serves more than 500 major accounts
at over 230,000 locations.
NG&G works
closely with on-site management to protect business locations needs.
Routine work is performed with a minimum of intrusion. In emergencies, the
situation is restored to normalcy as quickly as possible. Service begins
once locations are on NG&G’s program. A Service Consultant Representative is
assigned to ensure
one source
accountability. From this control point, NG&G communicates with the
organization and its local sites. The assigned service personnel using
NG&G’s computerized support system tracks performance and on a periodic
basis provides a service review and situation analysis, observation and
solution report. One phone call initiates the repair service process.
